1.3 The website, content, and products on CurationSoft.ai are wholly owned by NuRam Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

1.4 CurationSoft.ai is an AI-powered transformation coaching site providing guides, videos, and instructional material to help users upskill, write books, build websites, and grow online businesses using AI tools.

2. Changes to This Agreement

2.1 We may update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, discontinue all use of the website immediately.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 Your access to and use of the website is subject to our Privacy Policy, located at https://curationsoft.ai/privacy, which is incorporated by reference.

4. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to use this website.

5. Ownership and Use of Content

5.1 All content on the CurationSoft.ai website, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and images (“Content”), is owned by NuRam Solutions LLC and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Content is created by us (Raj Subramanyam) personally and with the assistance of AI tools. We make every effort to ensure our content does not infringe on the rights of others.

5.2 Images used on our website are sourced from licensed providers and/or generated via AI tools. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

5.3 Except as expressly permitted in this Agreement, you may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise use the Content for commercial purposes.

  • Post or use Content on any other website without prior written consent.

  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices from any Content.

5.4 Any unauthorized use automatically terminates your right to access the website and requires you to destroy any copies of the Content.

6. Trademarks

6.1 The trademarks, service marks, and logos of the Company (“Company Trademarks”) used on this website are the property of NuRam Solutions LLC. All goodwill from their use accrues to us..

6.2 Other company, product, and service names may be trademarks of their respective owners (“Third-Party Trademarks”). No right or license to use any trademark is granted without prior written consent.  Specifically we use images from the Instant Images plug-in (https://connekthq.com/plugins/instant-images/).  They provide images from sites such as: Unsplash, OpenVerse, Pixabay and Pexels.  

6.3 We also leverage AI tools to generate images.  Specifically we use Midjourney and Simplified.

6.4 The term “CurationSoft” has been in continuous use in commerce since 2010. NuRam Solutions LLC acquired CurationSoft and BlogSuccess from TriForce Marketers in 2012, and all associated material has been under NuRam ownership since that date. Unauthorized use of the term “CurationSoft” is illegal and in violation of USPTO regulations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
(a) Impose an unreasonable load on the website’s infrastructure;
(b) Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies without our prior written consent;
(c) Interfere with or disrupt the website’s functionality;
(d) Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the website;
(e) Delete, alter, or tamper with Content;
(f) Use Content or the website for competitive intelligence purposes.

8. Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or accuracy and accessing them is at your own risk. You should take precautions against viruses or other harmful code when visiting any external site.

9. Trade Dress & Site Design

Certain elements of the website are protected by trade dress, trademark, and unfair competition laws. No portion of the website may be copied, imitated, or retransmitted without our written consent.

10. No Warranties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time without notice. Provisions on ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity survive termination.

14. Compliance with Laws

The Company is based in North Carolina, USA. We make no representation that the content is appropriate outside the United States. If you access the website from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

15. U.S. Government Restricted Rights

Content is provided with “RESTRICTED RIGHTS.” Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to the restrictions in 48 CFR 52.227-19 and 48 CFR 252.227-7013.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in Delaware state and federal courts.

17. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and NuRam Solutions LLC regarding the website and supersedes all prior agreements. Headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
